Clive Morris

Clive spent over 10 years in systems development and systems support working for numerous software and systems suppliers including Wang.  Clive moved to KPMG where he supplied IT business consultancy to a wide variety of organisations particularly in the service industries. Whilst at KPMG he spent a lot of his time working with Neil Cameron in the legal sector providing strategic advice, procurement expertise and project management services to numerous clients.  After leaving KPMG, Clive worked in an independent role at Clifford Chance were he project managed their world-wide change to a Microsoft Office environment with a virtual network.  He also assisted Clifford Chance in their move to a consistent and managed PC platform as a critical part of their move to Canary Wharf.

In 2004, Clive joined Neil and Jill in starting NCCG to exploit our joint knowledge in providing business related IT consultancy to the legal sector.

Clive has over 23 years’ experience of providing strategic and practical advice to legal organisations and a wealth of knowledge of legal applications.  He has work for firms of various sizes, from 10 partner firms to firms in the legal top 20 list. Particular areas of work include the following:

  • Definition of business related IT strategies;
  • Recruitment of senior IT staff;
  • Reviews of IT systems and their  internal IT management and support;
  • Practical help in the definition of requirements and the procurement of systems;
  • Programme and project management for large scale implementations .
