Jill Bazalgette

Jill has been working in the legal industry since 1990.  She started with a software house based in London, managing a team developing the next release of case management software that had specific applications for personal injury, conveyancing and uninsured loss recovery.  Jill then moved on to provide case management consultancy on an independent basis to various firms and, in 1996, she joined Shoosmiths, where she worked for the next four years managing various projects and application developments.  In 2000, Jill returned to independent consulting establishing her own business, Project Champions.

Jill’s experiences have given her knowledge of both sides of the table, service provider and client, giving her a unique insight into the different mindsets. She has assisted many firms in achieving productivity gains by using their existing case management applications more efficiently, or replacing or developing their applications.

Jill is a qualified Project Manager passing the Association of Project Management examination in 1999.

Jill started working collaboratively with Neil and Clive in January 2003 and started NCCG.  Particular areas of expertise are;

  • Defining business related IT Strategies;
  • IT department reviews and re-organisations;
  • Interim IT management;
  • Defining procurement requirements and assistance in selecting for new systems;
  • Project managing and programme management.
